Volleyball Preview: Morse Tigers vs. Hoover Cardinals

Last Friday, Morse came up short against Kearny and fell 3-1. While the Tigers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Komets 25-18 in the first set.
Morse started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-23, 25-17, 25-10.
Meanwhile, Hoover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Orange Glen.
While Hoover ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-19.
