Basketball Recap: Indian Trail Takes a Loss

Indian Trail was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a hard 74-60 fall against the Kenosha Tremper Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 75-50 back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Indian Trail still got an impressive performance from Silas Bolton, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and ten boards. The dominant performance gave Bolton a new career-high in rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jack Zeller, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 boards.

Indian Trail's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Kenosha Tremper, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-9.

Looking ahead, Indian Trail and Appleton West will face off at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Kenosha Tremper, they will challenge Racine Horlick at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kenosha Tremper is facing Racine Horlick at the right time seeing as Racine Horlick is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
