Baseball Recap: Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Comes Up Short

Badger/Greenbush-Middle River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Sacred Heart Eagles, falling 13-2. If the Gators were looking for revenge after losing 12-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Badger/Greenbush-Middle River saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nathan Gust, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one run.

Badger/Greenbush-Middle River's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Sacred Heart, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-3.
