Basketball Game Preview: Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs vs. Moorestown Quakers

The Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs will venture away from home to challenge the Moorestown Quakers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Hopewell Valley Central came into their game last Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 51-30 to Ewing. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 240th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 111th).

Meanwhile, Moorestown scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 75-64 to Hillsborough.

Hopewell Valley Central's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Moorestown, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.
