Volleyball Recap: Corner Takes a Loss

Corner was the 2-0 winner over Moody when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Yellow Jackets fell 2-0 to the Blue Devils on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Corner may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 20 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-20.

Corner's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Moody, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Corner will take on Springville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Moody, they will head out to challenge Ramsay at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
