Flag Football Recap: Los Osos Comes Up Short

Los Osos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 53-25 loss at the hands of the Upland Highlanders/Scots. While losing is never fun, the Grizzlies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 413th, while the Highlanders/Scots are ranked 53rd).

Los Osos' loss dropped their record down to 7-15-1. As for Upland, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Los Osos wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 34-12 victory against St. Lucy's on the 14th. As for Upland, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 19-18 defeat against Etiwanda on the 14th.
