Holly Springs's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Willow Spring Storm. The Golden Hawks haven't had any issues with the Storm recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Holly Springs walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-13.

Holly Springs found their leader in sophomore Ella Brueckmann, who had eight digs and seven assists.

The victory got Holly Springs back to even at 2-2. As for Willow Spring, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.

Looking ahead, Holly Springs will challenge Fuquay - Varina at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Willow Spring, they will face off against Broughton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
