Basketball Recap: Washington County Takes a Loss

Washington County was the 47-44 winner over Millry when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Washington County Bulldogs received a blow on Monday as they fell 48-30 to the Millry Wildcats. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Washington County now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Millry, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Washington County will take on Bayshore Christian in a holiday battle at at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Millry, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Choctaw County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Choctaw County is on a three-game streak of home losses, Millry a three-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change.
