Southwestern - Valley Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Cass Stanberry Dazzles in Saugatuck Win

Starting off the list is Saugatuck's Cass Stanberry, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Stanberry forced a fumble and made 11 total tackles (3.0 for loss). He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 83-yard run.

Stanberry must have Galesburg-Augusta's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Stanberry saw the Rams), he made 19 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
