Baseball Recap: Kenyon-Wanamingo Comes Up Short

Kenyon-Wanamingo lost against Wabasha-Kellogg back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights fell 5-1 to the Falcons. The contest marked the Knights' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Kenyon-Wanamingo has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, their win bumped their record up to 5-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kenyon-Wanamingo will challenge Triton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, they will venture away from home to square off against Goodhue at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
