Soccer Recap: East Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, East couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wasatch Wasps on Monday.

East's goal came courtesy of Angel Mendoza, who's now up to four this season.

East's loss dropped their record down to 17-3. As for Wasatch, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-2.

East does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wasatch, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Alta on the 22nd.
