While Lebanon's win against Marshfield wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Yellowjackets narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Bluejays 5-3. Winning may never get old, but the Yellowjackets sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Lebanon's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-9. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Marshfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-9.

Coming up, Lebanon will be playing at home against Marquette at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Marshfield, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 6-5 win against Carthage on the 16th.
