Soccer Recap: Spruce Creek Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in December of 2024, Spruce Creek was forced to settle for a draw on Tuesday. Neither they nor the New Smyrna Beach Barracudas could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.

Spruce Creek hit New Smyrna Beach with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jax Cinicolo, Bennett Morse, and Adam Phipps.

Spruce Creek's draw makes their record 14-5-5 this season. Meanwhile, New Smyrna Beach's record is now 12-1-5.

Spruce Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for New Smyrna Beach, they will venture away from home to take on Seminole at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Seminole's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
