After only 22 points in their last matchup, the Valor Preparatory Academy Knights made sure to put some points up on the board against Non Varsity Opponent on Tuesday. Valor Preparatory Academy claimed a resounding 60-15 win over Non Varsity Opponent on the road.
Valor Preparatory Academy was led to victory by Pria DeLeenheer and Ellie Buck. DeLeenheer scored 20 points, while Buck scored 23 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Buck has scored at least 25% of Valor Preparatory Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellie Mathis, who scored 8 points.
The win got Valor Preparatory Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost 25 of their last 26 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-34 record this season.
