Softball Recap: Dowagiac Chieftains vs. South Haven Rams
On Friday Dowagiac's undefeated season almost came to an end. They had just enough and edged out the South Haven Rams 11-9. With that victory, the Chieftains brought their scoring average up to 6.8 runs per game.
Bree Campbell made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Campbell was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.
