Lincoln Leadership Academy entered their tilt with Tamaqua on Friday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They claimed a resounding 64-37 victory over the Tamaqua Blue Raiders. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 27 points or more this season.

Lincoln Leadership Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dwight Prud'Homme led the charge by almost dropping a double-double on 20 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandon Young, who posted ten points and eight boards.

Loss or not, Tamaqua got some senior leadership from Noah Mateyak and Cooper Ansbach. Mateyak scored 13 points, while Ansbach had 12 points. That was a full 35.1% of Tamaqua's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points.

Lincoln Leadership Academy's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2. As for Tamaqua, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-9.

As for Tamaqua, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 69-29 loss against Minersville on the 14th.
