Football Recap: DuQuoin Indians vs. Carlinville Cavaliers
It's playoff time, and DuQuoin had no trouble coming through when it counted. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Carlinville Cavaliers 48-21. With the Indians ahead 35-7 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Jeremiah Jones was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 117 yards and one touchdown, and also picked up 68 receiving yards. Those 68 receiving yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Andrew Jones, who rushed for 73 yards and a pair of scores.
