Basketball Recap: Friday Harbor Comes Up Short

Friday Harbor lost against Lummi back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Friday Harbor Wolverines were dealt a 61-18 defeat at the hands of the Lummi Blackhawks. The contest marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Friday Harbor and nudges their season record down to 1-4. As for Lummi, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Friday Harbor is taking a road trip to challenge Toledo at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lummi, they will be home for the holidays to greet Darrington at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lummi knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Darrington likes a good challenge.
