Baseball Recap: ALA - Anthem South Takes a Loss

ALA - Anthem South lost against Santa Cruz Valley back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Titans lost 18-1 to the Dust Devils. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

ALA - Anthem South saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Michel, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

ALA - Anthem South's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Santa Cruz Valley, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-4.

ALA - Anthem South wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-2 defeat against St. John Paul II Catholic on the 28th. As for Santa Cruz Valley, they have also already played their next contest, an 18-8 victory against Lincoln Prep on the 27th.
