Volleyball Recap: West Point Has No Trouble Against Apollo

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Marana, West Point was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Apollo Hawks as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Dragons haven't had any issues with the Hawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

West Point's victory bumped their record up to 2-8. As for Apollo, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. West Point will square off against rival Shadow Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Apollo is set to challenge their familiar foe Valley Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
