Dartmouth had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt New Bedford on Wednesday. The Indians were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Whalers. The match marked the Indians' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Dartmouth took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-13, 25-15.

Chloe McKinnon paced Dartmouth's offense, picking up 14 kills. McKinnon got some help from Lindsey Barber and her 27 assists. McKinnon was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Dartmouth's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for New Bedford, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
