Justices outscored opponents by an average of 65.5 points per contest in six postseason contests.
The result was never in doubt as the Justices jumped out to a 16-0 lead to open the game and didn't allow a basket until approximately six minutes into the contest. John Marshall led 25-4 at the end of the first quarter, 51-13 at halftime and 69-21 at the end of the third period.
With the win, the Justices moved to 20-0 against in-state opponents on the season with an average margin of victory of 46.5 points versus Virginia foes.
The Virginia powerhouse defeated teams by an average of 65.5 points in six postseason contests and averaged 107 points per contest during that span. On the season, the high-scoring group averaged 85.4 points per outing behind a balanced offensive attack that saw all five starters play pivotal roles in their success.

Latrell Allmond produced 13.4 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.5 blocks and junior
Dominique Bailey filled up the stat sheet with averages of 8.6 points, 4.5 assists, 3.8 steals and 3.5 rebounds.
Sitting at No. 1 in the MaxPreps Top 25, John Marshall has a
strong opportunity to be named MaxPreps National Champions. An impressive resume includes
eight out-of-state victories with quality wins over No. 9 Columbus
(Miami), Wheeler (Marietta, Ga.), Greensboro Day (Greensboro,
N.C.), Grayson (Loganville, Ga.), Holly Springs (N.C.) and Jackson-Reed
(Washington, D.C.).
John Marshall has now captured back-to-back VHSL Class 2 titles and five state championships since 2014 under head coach Ty White.
