East Nicolaus had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Williams Yellowjackets as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Spartans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Yellowjackets, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-17, 25-14.

Kendall Kocher paced East Nicolaus' offense, picking up 13 kills. Kocher got some help from Shelby Scoggins and her 24 assists. Scoggins was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

East Nicolaus' victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Williams, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coming up, East Nicolaus will be playing at home against Center at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Williams, they will venture away from home to square off against Winters at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
