Volleyball Recap: Gulfport's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Gulfport had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Clinton Arrows. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Admirals also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2022.

While Gulfport won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 27-25.

Gulfport's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Clinton, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gulfport will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against George County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clinton, they will challenge Petal at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
