Baseball Recap: Crystal Springs Snaps 13-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Crystal Springs's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They blew past the Jefferson Davis County Jaguars 13-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-0 last Friday.

Crystal Springs' victory ended a 13-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-13. As for Jefferson Davis County, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Looking ahead, Crystal Springs will venture away from home to challenge Franklin County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a six-game losing streak. Jefferson Davis County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
