Kennett is 8-2 against Dexter since September of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Indians will venture away from home to take on the Bearcats at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, Kennett needed a bit of extra time to put away New Madrid County Central. They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 40-32. The win was familiar territory for the Indians, who have now won three games in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dexter). They blew past Kelly, posting a 64-9 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bearcats, who have now won three matchups by 34 points or more so far this season.

Kennett's record now sits at 4-2. As for Dexter, their record is now 6-0.

Kennett was taken down by Dexter 53-0 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Indians, Jackson Howard (who threw for 241 yards and six TDs on only 18 passes) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
