Hillsboro's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Washington Blue Lions as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Blue Lions: they've now won four in a row.

Hillsboro was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-8, 25-16.

Ryan Wagoner paced Hillsboro's offense, picking up 16 kills. Wagoner got some help from Kayla Seeling and her 26 assists. Wagoner was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Hillsboro's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Washington, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.
