Volleyball Recap: West Seattle Falls Short of Ballard in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Seattle can now relate to. They fell just short of the Ballard Beavers by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. West Seattle's defeat continues a trend for the team, making it ten in a row.

West Seattle's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Ballard, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

West Seattle will challenge Holy Names Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ballard, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Bishop Blanchet on the 4th.
