Volleyball Recap: Forge Christian Takes a Loss

Forge Christian lost against Severance last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Fury came up short against the Silver Knights, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-21, 25-16.

Dennis Blinov paced Forge Christian's offense, picking up five kills. Blinov got some help from Seth Davies and his six assists. Treyson Eye controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Forge Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Severance, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-6.

Forge Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against DSST: Conservatory Green on the 14th. As for Severance, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Arrupe Jesuit on the 10th.
