The Felicity-Franklin Cardinals will head out on the road to square off against the New Miami Vikings at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Felicity-Franklin will be strutting in after a victory while New Miami will be coming in after a defeat.

Felicity-Franklin is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Middletown Christian with a sharp 24-3 win on Thursday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Cardinals needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Brook Caudill was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off only one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Those three stolen bases gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Mollie Wilson was a standout: she went a perfect 4-for-4 with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Scarlatella, who went 3-for-4 with five runs, two stolen bases, and two RBI.
