Volleyball Recap: Highline's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Highline had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Tyee Titans. This was a revenge game for the Pirates: when they faced off against the Titans back in September, they had to take a 2-0 defeat.

Highline wouldn't go down easily and took Tyee into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-17, 25-18, 20-25, 15-7.

Highline's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Tyee, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10-1 record this season.

Highline will be playing at home against Interlake at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tyee, they will head out on the road to square off against Foster at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
