Baseball Recap: Daphne Comes Up Short

Daphne lost to Fairhope on Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 4-3. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Daphne's loss dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Fairhope, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-8 record this season.

Daphne does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fairhope, they will venture away from home to challenge Baker at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
