Baseball Recap: Canoga Park Comes Up Short

If Canoga Park was riding high fresh off their 14-4 takedown of Northridge Academy last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hunters lost 11-1 to the Reseda Regents on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Regents this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in March.

Canoga Park's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Reseda, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3.

Canoga Park will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Panorama at 2:30 p.m. on the 23rd. As for Reseda, they will venture away from home to challenge Maywood CES at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
