Football Recap: Pawhuska's Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last six games, Pawhuska finally came back down to earth on Friday. They came up short against the Tonkawa Buccaneers, falling 32-8. The contest marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Kane Foreman threw for 206 yards on 19 of 39 attempts. Vann Wildcat was his top target, picking up 60 receiving yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Pawhuska fell to 6-1. As for Tonkawa, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Pawhuska will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Quapaw at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Tonkawa, they will face off against Morrison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
