Miamisburg came into Friday's contest having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They strolled past the Northmont Thunderbolts with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 28-14. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Thunderbolts, too.

Miamisburg's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Northmont, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
