Soccer Recap: Providence Catholic Wins Going Away Against Westmont

Providence Catholic kept a clean sheet against Westmont on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Sentinels with a sharp 6-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Providence Catholic also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Their offense was hitting Westmont from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Aldo Dominguez led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Providence Catholic has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Providence Catholic will be taking part in a tournament against Quincy Notre Dame at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Westmont, they will challenge Aurora Central Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
