Basketball Recap: Superior Comes Up Short

Superior lost against Globe back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Superior Panthers were beaten by the Globe Tigers 75-30. The Panthers' loss continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Superior's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Globe, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing San Manuel the next time they take the court. Globe will head out to face San Manuel at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, while Superior will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
