Recap: Piedmont Classical Bobcats vs. Bethany Wolves

Make it six blowout wins for the Piedmont Classical Bobcats this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Bethany 86-22 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Piedmont Classical who now have three in a row.

Piedmont Classical found their leader in underclassman Cameron Anderson, who went 6 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and 1 assist. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Anderson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ja'el Lawson, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and six steals.

Piedmont Classical has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. As for Bethany, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-20.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Piedmont Classical will square off against Leadership Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Leadership Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven games -- so hopefully Piedmont Classical likes a good challenge. Bethany's road trip will continue as they head out to face College Prep & Leadership Academy at 8:00 p.m. on January 26th.
