Baseball Recap: Eupora Eagles vs. East Union Urchins
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Eupora can now relate to. They fell 8-4 to the East Union Urchins on Friday. The Eagles have struggled against the Urchins recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Eupora got a good showing from Sean Gray, who pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit. Gray has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one hit in six consecutive appearances.
