Softball Game Preview: West Bladen Knights vs. St. Pauls Bulldogs

For the second straight game, West Bladen will face off against St. Pauls. West Bladen will look to defend their home field on Friday against St. Pauls at 6:00 p.m.

West Bladen is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering St. Pauls just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 6-5.

For St. Pauls' part, Angel Purcell was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one double. Another player making a difference was Madison Locklear, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

West Bladen's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for St. Pauls, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6.
