Volleyball Recap: Southwick Regional Comes Up Short

Southwick Regional suffered their biggest loss since April 21st on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Chicopee Comp Colts. If the Rams were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Colts when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-11, 25-13.

Nicolas Spina paced Southwick Regional's offense, picking up 14 kills. Spina got some help from Phong Tran and his 21 assists.

Southwick Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Chicopee Comp, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Southwick Regional nor Chicopee Comp have any future games scheduled.
