Baseball Recap: Eagle River Falls Short Against Ranked West Anchorage

Eagle River faced West Anchorage in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Wolves lost 18-3 to the Eagles. The loss leaves the Wolves still looking for their first win of the season.

Eagle River's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for West Anchorage, the victory got them back to even at 3-3-1.

This will be the Wolves' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Meanwhile, West Anchorage is set to take on their familiar foe Dimond at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
