Volleyball Recap: Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers vs. Ephrata Mountaineers

They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Ephrata Mountaineers on Tuesday. For the Pioneers, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 loss the Mountaineers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lampeter-Strasburg will head out to challenge Eastern Lebanon County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ephrata, they will venture away from home to take on Manheim Township at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Manheim Township will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Ephrata surely won't give up without a fight.
