Football Recap: Point Loma Pointers vs. St. Augustine Saints        
        
		
             There's no place like home for Point Loma, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Friday. They managed  a  21-16 win over the St. Augustine Saints  on Friday. This was payback for the Pointers, who suffered  a  31-28  loss the last time these two teams met.
 A big part of Point Loma's  victory came down to the chemistry between  Ryder Watson and his top target  Romeo Carter. Watson rushed for 36 yards and a touchdown while  Carter picked up 61 receiving yards. Those 36  rushing yards gave  Watson a new career-high.
 Although St. Augustine took the loss, they still got scores from  Pai Polamalu and  Matthew Horne.
 The  win  got Point Loma back to even at 4-4. As for St. Augustine,  they are  on  a  ten-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
 Point Loma will venture away from home to  face off against La Jolla  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for St. Augustine, they will welcome Lincoln  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Lincoln will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  victory, something St. Augustine surely won't give up without a fight.
