Baseball Recap: Dadeville Takes a Loss

Dadeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 10-5 to the Lee-Scott Academy Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, with their most recent loss being a 13-1 defeat on Friday.

Dadeville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cooper Hardin, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Dadeville's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Lee-Scott Academy, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 16-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. As for Lee-Scott Academy, they will head out to challenge Pike Liberal Arts at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
