Basketball Recap: St. Ignatius Comes Up Short

St. Ignatius lost against Florence-Carlton back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The St. Ignatius Bulldogs had to suffer through a 73-41 loss at the hands of the Florence-Carlton Falcons. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Ignatius now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Florence-Carlton, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-3.

St. Ignatius will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Thompson Falls at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Florence-Carlton, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Lincoln County at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
