Dearborn had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with an 18-7 win over the Crestwood Chargers on Thursday. The Pioneers haven't had any issues with the Chargers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Dearborn and Crestwood will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Pioneers are set to challenge their familiar foe Churchill at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. Meanwhile, Crestwood will face off against rival Thurston at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
