Basketball Recap: Stonewall Jackson Generals vs. Clarke County Eagles

They had to suffer through an 84-21 loss at the hands of the Clarke County Eagles. The Generals were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Clarke County was led to victory by Paige Mckavish and Alainah Mckavish. Paige went 10-for-16 on her way to 21 points along with seven steals and five assists, while Alainah went 10-for-18 en route to 21 points in addition to five boards and four steals. Alainah has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 11 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Paige Stemberger, who posted ten points and five steals.

Stonewall Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Clarke County, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-4.
