Soccer Game Preview: Dutchtown vs. Willow

The Dutchtown Griffins will face off against the Willow Lions at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Dutchtown's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Walker. Dutchtown haven't had any issues with Walker recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Willow faced Benjamin Franklin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Lions and the Falcons finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw. The result kept Willow happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 7th.

Their goal came courtesy of Sam Mann, who's now up to three this season.

Willow's draw gives them a new season record of 16-3-4. As for Dutchtown, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6-4.
