Soccer Recap: Dunbar Takes a Loss

Dunbar lost against Coolidge back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Crimson Tide came up short against the Colts, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that Dunbar have lost by exactly three goals.

Dunbar's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Coolidge, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2-1.

Coming up, Dunbar will be playing in front of their home fans against Jackson-Reed at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Dunbar's defense better be ready for this one: Jackson-Reed have averaged an impressive 2.8 goals per game this season. As for Coolidge, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Washington Latin Public Charter School on the 16th.
